2019 National Philanthropy Day Lunch

On November 7th, 2019, the Abbotsford Community Foundation will host our 9th Annual National Philanthropy Day lunch to  celebrate philanthropy in our community! We are so excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be Rick Hansen!  Join us at the Quality Hotel in Abbotsford from 11:30am to 1:30pm.  As of September 20th, we are officially sold out.  Please call our office to be added to a wait list should tickets become available.  Thank you to the community for your support of what will be an inspiring presentation from our keynote speaker and a wonderful lunch provided by the Quality Hotel.

Abbotsford Community Foundation is honoured to provide a way for people to invest in their community, to leave a lasting impact, and to inspire future generations to participate as well.

We will also present our annual Business, Youth and Volunteer Philanthropy awards.  This year, we are pleased to announce a new category of award that will be open to Schools!

Please see the media release from our 2018 event here.
We hope you will join us at this important event and help us celebrate our anniversary of 40 years of giving in the Abbotsford community!  We have given out almost $11,000,000 in grants and scholarships since our humble beginnings 40 years ago.
