Donor Celebrations
Donors are at the heart of ACF’s work. We wouldn’t be able to have the impact in Abbotsford without our many donors, individually, and collectively, contributing to our endowment. These are the donors we try to celebrate with various donor appreciation events, when we can. Covid may have paused these events but that just means we get to reinvent how we host them!
Our work only happens because of our donors. Because they believe in the power of our community foundation, they enable us to support the resilience and well being of Abbotsford now and into the future. We can’t say enough thank yous but we do try to express our gratitude in a myriad of ways such as:
- Annual, personally written holiday cards
- Annual mail outs/email outs of our annual report
- Thank you mail outs/emails for every gift made (along with their charitable tax receipts)
- Annual invitations to tea with our Executive Director along with fund statements
- Invitations to donor appreciation events from time to time
Of course, we also say thank you in other, less formal ways. Because we couldn’t do it without you!
