Housing & Homelessness Grants
A bi-annual granting program of up to $10,000, to help those survive while unhoused, support repair projects for shelters & supportive housing, and work towards safely housing everyone in our community.
Abbotsford Community Foundation Housing Grants provide funds to charitable organizations for projects addressing homelessness within Abbotsford. This funding is open for applications every other year or as funds become available. If you are a registered charity providing services in this area to the community of Abbotsford, please contact ACF with a request to be added to the notification list when these grants become available.
This year’s grants open on September 2, 2025 with an online application. If you are a past recipient of this grant, your project evaluation/final report is due August 25, 2025 to be eligible for this year’s round of funding. Eligibility and application guidelines can be found below:

Oct 9, 2025 @ 2pm – Applications Close (Applications received after this time will not be reviewed)
Nov 7, 2025 – Notification of Decision
TBC – Cheque Presentation Ceremony
