You can find a complete description of the student awards by clicking the button below, or going to the Student Awards tab on the ACF website and selecting the 2024 Student Awards Directory sub-tab. While looking at the description of each award, confirm if the award is available for your school and if there is any special criteria.

Fill in this form with information such as name, school, address, post-secondary education plans, parent information, community and volunteer activities, extracurricular activities, and any special criteria. Once you have completed this form, a new screen will appear with an orange button to print your PDF application. Please print it, sign beside your name in the grey box, have your parent(s) sign it, and keep it with the Awards Summary Checklist specific to your school. If you’re having any issues with this form, please note that our website is optimized to work with Google Chrome.
