Claim Your Award
2024 Student award recipients have until December 15, 2025, to submit their award claim form.
2025 Student award recipients have until December 15, 2026, to submit their award claim form.
Please submit your claim form as soon as you have confirmation you are enrolled in school.
Claim forms will be processed as they are received and an email confirmation will be sent along with any further steps if necessary, within 2 weeks of submission.
Please note that payment of funds can take up to 4 weeks to be issued once all claim information is received.
For most schools, your award funds will be sent directly to your post-secondary institution and will be deposited into your student account. Please note that post-secondary institutions have different processing times that may result in the funds arriving in your student account 2-6 weeks after the institution receives the cheque.
DONOR THANK YOU LETTERS
All award recipients are encouraged to write a letter of thanks to the donor(s) who funded their award and email it to info@abbotsfordcf.org. We will then forward the letter to the donor on your behalf. To help you write your thank you letter, see Tips to Write a Thank You Note.
