For the Fall 2019 semester:

Award Recipients (not attending UFV) Claim Form

Please submit this claim form no later than August 15, 2019 for the Fall semester (starting in September).

Award funds will be mailed in early September to your accredited post-secondary institution to be deposited into your student financial account.

Students who graduated in 2018 have until December 15, 2019 to submit their award claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.

Students who graduate in 2019 have until December 15, 2020 to submit their award claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.


Award Recipients
attending the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) 
UFV Claim Form

Please submit this form no later than August 15, 2019 for the Fall semester.

You must also electronically submit a UFV Verification of Enrollment letter dated after September 18, 2019 (this is the last day to withdraw and receive a refund) to info@abbotsfordcf.org. Verification of Enrollment letters can be downloaded from your UFV student portal. Please do not send screenshots or links, please send the letter as a pdf or jpg attachment. Sending it in another format will result in ACF staff contacting you to resend it in the proper format and could delay your award payment.

These two documents must be submitted before October 9, 2019 and then your award monies will be mailed to your local residence. Please let us know if you have moved since submitting your claim form.

Students, attending UFV, who graduated in 2018 have until December 15, 2019 to submit their claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.

Students who graduated in 2019 have until December 15, 2020 to submit their award claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.

For the Winter 2019 semester:

Award funds will be mailed in late December to early January to your accredited post-secondary institution to be deposited into your student financial account.

Students who graduated in 2018 have until December 15, 2019 to submit their award claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.

Students who graduate in 2019 have until December 15, 2020 to submit their award claim form or the award(s) will be forfeited.

Donor Thank You Letters

All award recipients are required to write a letter of thanks to the donor(s) who funded their award and send it to info@abbotsfordcf.org.  We will then forward the letter to the donor. To help you write your thank you letter see – Sample of a Thank You letter
